Runswick Wall Mounted Electric Fire E120R
The Runswick is a stylish and modern fire with an off-white finished MDF mantel and plinth, LED mood lighting and mirrored toughened glass front. The fire has a stone, crystal and log fuel bed display in front of the glass panel, with realistic flame effect options and adjustable LED colour and brightness. There are 13 different mood light colours to choose from. The fuel bed can be designed to your own liking, you can change the display as often as you wish, you can display your glass paperweights collection, or gemstones/crystals or even display drinks and glasses when you have a party. Delivery Information: The Electric Fire is delivered to you by courier to the delivery address you provide on your order. When signing for your item you are confirming that it has arrived in good condition. Please check the product and report any damages to us within one week.
Multi-functional Remote Control
The Endeavour electric fireplaces come with a digital LCD display remote control which allows you to create a warm and comfortable ambiance from the comfort of your sofa.
The heater automatically switches between 1 and 2kW depending on the room temperature and set temperature required and can be used with or without the LED lighting.
You can adjust the flame effect and the mood lighting to suit the time of day or the circumstances. Due to the LED technology, our fireplaces are low cost to run when using these two essential features – less than 5 pounds per year if used for 5 hours per day.

Question:Can this be used outdoors?
Answer:It isnt for outdoor use.
Question:Which part gets hot , the area where the logs are or the glass with the flames inside ?
Answer:This is essentially a fan heater, so the only heat is the air the fan blows into the room. No part of the fire gets hot , the glass is cold and the logs sit in a tray at the front of the fire. The warm air is blown from the top of the unit so the glass remains cold. Safe for pets and children hop this helps
Question:Does this come with both glass effect pebbles and logs & pebbles.
Answer:Yes. It comes with a box of logs, glass crystals and white pebbles.
Question:Hi does it have a British standard kite mark
Answer:I would think so but cannot check now as the fire is fixed on wall. Everything about it is top rate
Question:What is the recommended height from floor to hang on wall?
Answer:There is no recommended height, but you do need room to tighten fixing screws on the lower white cover, possibly 5 or 6 inches (12 to 15 cm)
Question:could this fireplace sit on a low unit instead of attached to the wall or is it not stable enough ? thanks
Answer:According to instructions, a gap of at least 200mm should be allowed between bottom of lower plinth and floor, but this is only to get to the plinth fixing screws when it is on the wall. If you fix the plinth first, it could be self standing. The air goes into the heater at the top so this wouldn't be a problem but you wouldn't be able to get to the cable storage compartment. The manufacturer's instructions specify a 200mm gap beneath the fire, so not adhering to this is your decision.
Question:It looks white from the pictures and looking for white. Anybody able to advise on the off white colour ie is it magnolia or is it nearly white?
Answer:Very slightly off white. I wanted white but am not disappointed.

This looked very good once mounted on the wall. The remote control does everything with the click of a button. 3x main fire colour settings with different brightness's. 13 or 14 for the fire bed colours also you can change the brightness. Option of Stones, Pebbles, Crystals, Logs or all of them, it's up to you. Mood lighting below is the same as fire bed loads of colours. It also has a timer and thermostat so it can turn on or click off at the temp you set. My mother in Law also got me to order her one as she loved ours. Only issue I had was the bottom plinth not fitting snug to the wall and my Mother in Laws was the same. I just drilled 2 holes and fits no issue otherwise the stones fall down inside it. (Minor thing) Overall I would recommend it to anyone. It' looks better in the flesh.

Researched a lot of options on the market, mainly budget ones. Read tons of reviews on this one. Not disappointed in my decision. Easy to install. Looks fantastic, easy to operate and provides the extra heat needed in the winter. More colour options in 3 different places than I care to use but it's nice to have. Phoned the manufacturer to check fitting first and I didn't want to drill through where my TV cables are already located. They were very helpful and emailed me the install guide before I decided to purchase. For installation it does require a screw central to the unit, which I could not do due to forementioned TV cables so just missed that one screw out. Does make noise when the heat setting is on but is about as quiet as you could expect from a fan assisted heater in my opinion.

Absolutely love this fire it has made a huge difference to the look of my living room - so much more modern & stylish without having a big fireplace in there now. It’s so easy to use with the remote control, has several different light affects for the front and underneath the fire - lots of different colours. The flame affect has 3 settings which are blue, warm orange or you can have the two mixed together. Different heat settings ie timer/ temp/manual etc - It heats up the room really quickly so don’t need it on for long, but you can still keep the flame affect on without the heat being on , so the room still feels cosy. The heat comes from underneath the top plinth too and not directly up from the top of the fire , so I was able to mount my tv above it. So happy with it and I get complimented on it all the time
