Customer questions & answers
Question:Does this bike come with any Fluids (oil, coolant) or is that something I should have on hand when I put it together?
Answer:Yes it comes shipped with factory oil of some type. As others have recommended when you get the bike dump out that funky stuff. And fill with quality motor oil. For anyone the sticker on the motor says to use 15-30 motor oil. Yet the booklet says use 10-30/10-40 oil depending on the temperature. I was in a rush to ride mine immediately. So left that factory oil stay. When I drained out the factory oil I only got less than 1gt. Plus some large metal flakes. Not good. Pamphlet says it’s oil capacity is 1.6 Qts. Dip stick shows full at less than one Qt added.
Question:Is this bike an Appropriate size for a 270 pound adult?
Answer:Yes it is actually very tall and the springs are strong enough to hold up to probably 350 easily. I ride sometime with my wife/ kids on the back.
Question:Seat eight on the x-pro
Answer:Seat height is 36 inches
Question:would this be a good commute bike even with its dirt-bike-tires?
Answer:As long as your commute does not involve any interstate travel >60 mph you could probably manage, the tires on the bike are a hybrid style so while they are semi knobbly they will work just fine on pavement, just not quite as good as regular street tyres. The bike is not too terribly fast but I can get up to around 60-65mph depending on rider weight/and wind direction and inclination.
Question:how do i unlock ignition port?
Answer:The back plastic end is slotted and fits into the ignition lock a small turn opens the metal gate over the key slot

300 miles on the bike now. Running great. Seems like no matter what I try, top speed maxes out at exactly 69mph. Running it at 7000 feet above sea level right now, 17t on front and 45t on rear. Ngk plug. Castrol synthetic blend oil. It will be interesting to see what others have done to maybe get 70mph plus on this bike. Jetting is not an option because it is efi, which I happen to love. Starts on first crank every time, even in freezing weather.

Jas******ellOkay so this bike is a great bike but with modification and what I mean by that is stuff will needed to be upgraded and you WILL NEED A COMPRESSIVE TOOL KIT TO PROPERLY ASSEMBLE i cannot say this enough because without a good tool kit this would be a nightmare but with the proper tools this is very easy to assemble but be sure to immediately replace the fuses and oil but after that this is a very universal bike with enough power to have fun but be prepared and expect a little bit of shipping damage because even though my bike came unharmed it looks like somebody rammed the forks of the forklift through the box but after all that it started right up and I have about 65 miles on it already with no issues overall I’m happy with my purchase

E. ******llThe bike arrived in surprisingly good shape considering the months it no doubt spent in shipping containers and being bounced from trucks to ships and back to trucks. I put it together by myself in a couple hours. Changed the oil, put gas in it and it fired right up. It runs very well. All the lights work. The horn works. The transmission is solid. With the factory gearing, I cruise around at about 45 mph. It will go 55-60 but it is really revved out. I'll probably change to some higher gearing later but for now, it's perfect for following my Granddaughter around on her four wheeler and taking slow relaxing back road rides. The seat is hard but it's only an inch thick including the plastic frame so I didn't expect it to be comfy. The handlebars are wider than I like but many people like the wide bars for easier steering and control. The knobby tires are just aggressive enough for dirt but not so aggressive that they walk around on blacktop. The clutch feels perfect after adjusting the cable a little. The brakes aren't as good as the Japanese bikes but plenty good enough. Throttle is a little stiff but smooth. This seems to be a really good bike for the price. It's obvious that it's no big money Japanese bike but amazingly good for the price. Would definitely recommend the bike to friends and will likely buy from this seller again.

Ezeki**********wlesWhen the bike arrived the package was beat ip pretty bad but after i opened the bike it looked ok. The decals were all delaminating so the paper was out so I removed them. i had to drill holes in the plate mount so my KY plate would bolt on. I didnt start the bike before changing the oil to lucas oil semi synthetic 10w40. Bike has had frequent oil changes more than it needs but i do that with all my vehicles. The first week of having the bike i went on a ride and layed it doen being new to bikes i didnt know that i needed to check the spokes and the rim bent like a pretzel so i took it to a shop and had a tusk excel rim put on it with gold to match forks. Replaced the shifter so i didn't have to worry about it braking and changed the rear sprocket to a jt sprocket for a higher top speed. I used the bike to take my riding test and passed with ease. I would say this is a good bike.
